We strive for absolute precision in our product imagery and descriptions. However, please note:

  • Variations: Due to screen calibrations and the organic nature of certain materials, slight variations in color and texture may occur.

  • Handmade Nature: Minor unique characteristics in our handcrafted pieces are a testament to their artisanal origin.

  • Availability: All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This serves as acknowledgment of receipt and does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

  • Order Rights: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or pricing inaccuracies.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

  • Security: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

  • Fulfilment: Full payment must be cleared before any order is dispatched or prepared for local pickup.

5. Shipping & Local Pickup

Shipping is conducted in accordance with our Shipping Policy. While we aim for prompt dispatch, STONIRA is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors (e.g., weather or industrial action). Local pickup is available from our Wollert studio by prior appointment only.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our commitment to your satisfaction is paramount. Our returns process is strictly aligned with Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our dedicated Returns & Exchange Policy for full details regarding:

  • Change-of-mind exclusions (including earrings for hygiene reasons).

  • Final Sale items.

7. Intellectual Property

The STONIRA name, logo, custom designs, imagery, and written content are the exclusive property of STONIRA and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any brand assets is strictly prohibited.

8. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Validity: STONIRA Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issuance and are non-redeemable for cash.

  • Promotions: Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw a promotion at our discretion.

9. Privacy & Data Security
