At STONIRA, we are committed to ensuring your jewelry reaches you safely and swiftly. Each order is handled with the utmost care, from our final quality check to its signature artisan packaging.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Standard Collections: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Bespoke & Made-to-Order: Custom pieces require an additional level of craftsmanship. Please allow 7–14 business days for creation prior to dispatch.
Notification: You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information as soon as your order begins its journey.
2. Shipping Within Australia
We partner with Australia Post and premium couriers to provide secure delivery across the country.

3. International Shipping
At this stage, STONIRA ships exclusively within Australia. We invite our international followers to join our newsletter for updates as we prepare to share our collections globally.
4. Tracking & Delivery Management
Once your order has been fulfilled, a team member will send a tracking number to your registered email. You may monitor your parcel’s progress via the carrier’s tracking portal.
Important Delivery Notes:
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Discreet Packaging: As part of our security and gifting promise, our outer shipping boxes are plain and unmarked to protect the surprise and the contents.
5. Resolution of Shipping Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, we recommend the following steps:
Review your tracking link for the latest courier update.
Contact the carrier directly for real-time information.
If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to a team member at info@stonira.com.au, and we will advocate on your behalf to locate your order.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
While STONIRA takes every precaution to package your items securely, we are not liable for parcels lost or stolen after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at info@stonira.com.au within 48 hours with clear photographs of both the outer packaging and the product for assessment.
7. Local Pickup
We are pleased to offer a complimentary Local Pickup option for our customers in the Wollert area.
Prior Agreement Only: Pickup is available from our studio by prior appointment only.
How to Arrange: Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Once your order is ready, a team member will contact you via email or SMS to coordinate a convenient day and time.
Security: For the safety of our team and our clients, we kindly ask that you do not arrive for pickup without a confirmed appointment and your order confirmation.
